     Duties and Responsibilities
    o Ensure a safe, healthy work environment by following all safety, health, and environmental regulations including LOTO, Confined Space Entry, and Hot Work permits.
    o Maintain all current preventive maintenance programs
    o Required to participate in on call rotation with other maintenance staff.
    o Maintaining current and in-depth knowledge of all safety & environmental policies and standards related to Process Safety Management (PSM)
    o Safety meeting attendance and pro-active incident reporting/identification is expected of all on-site personnel.
    o Housekeeping as related, but not limited to the cleanliness and orderly organization of maintenance shop, office and parts storage facilities
    o Demonstrate a personal commitment to the Company values; promote an environment that appreciates diversity and treats all people with respect, prohibiting discrimination and harassment of any kind.
    o Ensures work orders that are assigned to you are processed and completed in an efficient and timely manner.

    Physical requirements
    o Ability to climb down into boot pits and tunnels.
    o Working on floors and walkways as high as 130 feet.
    o Lifting 50 pounds repeatedly.
    o Ability to climb steps and ladders ranging from 10 to 130 feet.
    o Ability to enter areas or confined spaces.
    o Walk, climb, bend and kneel easily. Lift, grip, grasp, push and pull various tools and equipment of 50lb or more.
    o Wear and appropriately use all required personal protective equipment (safety glasses, steel toe shoes, hearing protection, respirators, fall protection, hard hats, etc.)

    Working Conditions
    o Work is performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures.
    o Frequent exposure to noise, heights, moving equipment and mechanical parts, electricity, extremely hot and cold equipment and products, flammable materials, dust, dirt and grease.

    is seeking a mechanic to work within their experienced Shop team. An ideal candidate would have demonstrated experience in repairing heavy equipment, vehicles, and other mechanical systems.

    This person will be responsible for:
    -Conducting quality repairs on all ALCC agriculture equipment, resulting in maximum functionality, reliability and longevity. Equipment types include, but are not limited to: feed and other trucks, heavy and construction equipment, tractors, loaders, skid steers, fork lifts, ATVs, mowers, vehicles, motors and generators.
    -Troubleshooting reported problems on equipment and vehicles, diagnosing breakdowns, repairing, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

    Ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
    -Proven experience as a mechanic.

    -Aptitude in using various hand tools, precision measurement tools, and shop equipment.
    -Ability to follow established procedures, read instructions, blueprints, auto cad drawings, etc.
    -Working knowledge of diagnostic methods and systems.
    -Very good problem-solving ability.
    -Possess great attention to detail.
    -Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    -Ability to manage multiple projects/work efforts.
    -Minimum of one (1) year of experience.

    We are seeking a responsible, safety-minded individual to assist with the operation of our fully automated wash barn facility in Broken Bow, Nebraska. This person would be responsible for upkeep and cleanliness of our equipment as well as assisting with safe movement of equipment around the facility.

    This person will be responsible for:
    Supporting the Adams Land & Cattle Safety Program and exemplifying safety expectations.
    Safely operating equipment (e.g. tractors, pay loaders, mobile hospitals, trucks, and trailers).

    The Equipment Operator position(s) is located in Atwood, Kansas. These positions require a Class A CDL with Air Brake option and Tanker Endorsement at the time of hire.
